Process: Creating Work Items on Digital DevOps Board
Access Azure Board here: Work items - Boards (azure.com)
1. Add new Work Item, select User Story
2. Then you will be prompted with following where all the information needs to be filled. For example below: the tile has been added [mariecurie-shopify] Framework Upgrade and Description has been added regarding Node.js upgarde. There are other fields that needs to be filled.
- Priority: Based on Severity (Critical:1, High: 2, Medium: 3 and Low: 4)
- Risk: Based on Severity (Critical/High: 1, Medium: 2 and Low: 3)
- Add Tag: security
- Value area: Digital
3. The Work item should like this once all the fields are filled and Saved.
