Workaround - Bitwarden Web vault Issues

Occasionally, Bitwardens self hosted Web Vault has an issue where it will not resolve resulting in users not being able to access the web version of Bitwarden (https://passwordvault.mccc.mariecurie.local/#/login). This currently does not affect the use of the Browser Extension.

The workaround to resolve this is to restart the VM.

Workaround Process

1. Go to the Azure Portal in the Marie Curie Azure Tenant and locate the Bitwarden-prd01 VM. https://portal.azure.com/#@mariecurieazure.onmicrosoft.com/resource/subscriptions/df36146a-4192-40db-9b12-c4084283847b/resourceGroups/RG-BITWARDEN-PRD/providers/Microsoft.Compute/virtualMachines/bitwarden-prd01/overview

2. Restart VM.

3. Wait ~15 minutes for VM, Docker and Bitwarden to run

4. Test Web Vault website to see if it resolves and you are able to login. https://passwordvault.mccc.mariecurie.local/#/login
