Process : How to add New User in Bitwarden.

When we receive a request in Freshservice to add a user in Bitwarden.

Step1 : Login into Intune

Step 2: Go to USERS.

Step 3 : Search for the user, you want to give access to Bitwarden.

Step 4 : Click on GROUPS:

Step 5 : Add Membership:

Step 6: Search for the Technology Cloud Group and click on Select.

Step 7 : Once the user gets added in the Technology Group. The user will receive an email from Bitwarden to create his/her account on Bitwarden.

Step 8: Once the user has created his/her account, then user will send us an email to notify. Then, we will need to do the CONFIRMATION of his/her access in Bitwarden portal.

Step 9 : Login into BITWARDEN.

Step 10 : Go to ADMIN Console:

Step 11 : CLICK on NEED CONFIRMATION.

Step 12 : You will find user name and details on this page.

Step 13 : Add the user in the respective Groups and collection.

All done.
